Customer Journey Analytics Display Options

Posting on a customer’s behalf:

At the moment, the only drilldown available for the customer journey analytics reports are ‘Count of contacts/deals’. However, in cases where a step in the journey is more broadly defined e.g. ‘Page visited URL contains any of abc.com’, it’ll be more helpful to have an option to display the specific URLs of the pages that were visited e.g. www.abc.com/example1 and info.abc.com/example2, be it in the report table and/or in a drilldown link, to get a better picture of the customers’ journeys.

We are currently exploring developments that would allow you to see the next-steps taken, broken down by any event and any event property. We hope this can help you see a breakdown of visits by URL, among others.
