Hi all,
is there any way to automatically allocate companies to the categories of A B or C by their ARR in relation to the total ARR of all Stage 4 Deals? And keep updating them once new deals enter Stage 4?
A-companies are responsible for 70% of sales
B for 20% and C for 10%
ARR - Annual Recurring Revenue
Stage 4 Deals means “ordered” for us. Basically we only want to look at the deals that are ordered. An example:

Company 1 is responsible for 41.5% of sales. The companies 1, 2 and 3 are responsible for 70% of sales or more and are therefore A-category companies and so on..
The goal is to have the info in the right column in the company profile in HubSpot. Something like: “ABC-Company: B”
Anyone any ideas?

Hi Marcel. My name is Olivia and I an ex-HubSpotter turned HubSpot expert for Baskey the agency. Happy to help here!
Firstly, did you find a way to create your deals via form submissions. I know you were looking for a solution regardign that about a week ago. I replied to you but didn’t hear back. Let me know if you would like to continue that conversation.
Regarding your query above, my best suggestion would be to use operations hub to custom code a workflow action that applies these labels. Do you have an operations hub subscription and access to a developer?
Best,
Olivia
Hi @MarcelVelano
Hope you are doing well.
So the best ideas on how to solve this 'd be:
- 1st (recommended) solution: Use a custom coded action in a workflow that handles the exact calculation and options that you are thinking (operations Hub needed)
- 2nd best solution: you can also do something similar to 1 but with 3rd party tools
-3rd option: Use active list and re-enrollmente in workflows to calculate this everytime a new deal is closed/in stage 4.
hope this helps
