Custom Subscription update confirmation page

Hello!

I’ve made the custom “subscription update confirmation page” which looks like this.

After that, in the Subscription types settings, I chose my custom page and saved. It’s also visible when I click on the preview.

In the footer of my email I’ve used the link {{ unsubscribe_link_all }} but still it shows the default “subscription update confirmation page”.

So what I’m doing wrong?

Hi Oleus,

The link {{unsubscribe_link_all}} matches the page you select under the “subscription preferences page”. You currently have selected the default subscriptions preferences page. Can you try to change your newly created page under that dropdown and see if it solves the problem?
