Hello, I’m looking for help creating a custom report in Hubspot -
I’d like to be able to search keywords from email sent and received with the overall goal of having reports by subject matter and/or brand.
Is this possible?

Not out of the box, no, and not in the exploratory way that you’re probably looking for. In the single object activity report builder and in the custom report builder, you can specify in the report builder that the email body should contain a certain keyword - and only display those activites in your report which do:
However, that’s something different than generating a word cloud or identifying patterns in an exploratory way. You would have to know which terms you’re looking for and then set filters accordingly.
By doing this, you could however create reports that check how many emails are sent or received by certain users mentioning certain keywords corresponding to USP of your product, for example.
