Hi Community,

I wanted to create a custom quote which I did. But i am unable to personalize the custom quote based on the name of the customer and company name while sending it. Can you please help me here.

Hi @BSubramanian38 , Welcome to the community!

While editing/creating custom quote templates, please make sure the personalization tokens are added in the quote.

For the deal, make sure the contact and company associated to ensure the personalization token show data.

Hi Jigar,

I added the personalization tocken as dicsussed. But still not able to see the personalization happening. Can you please help me here. I am attahcing the screenshot here for your reference.
