We have a Custom Object called “Sites”. A Site object is basically identical to a Company, but a Site belongs to the Company (related to the Company). A Company can have many Sites, a Site can only belong to one Company. The Site view layout is identical to the Company view, with Overview/Activities in the middle of the screen. We have imported various notes fields into Notes. See print screen. There is a “Note” under the “Activities” tab in the middle of the screen.
If you first open the site, you can see the Notes. But if you click on Overview, then back on Notes, you will not see the Note, even though the NOTES tab is highlighted. Confusing. It will show up again if you click on “Activity”, or other sub-tab, then back to “Notes” or “Acrtivity”. It appears to be a search issue.
Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this!
This does sound like strange behavior.
I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this. When you contact them, I would encourage you to include a video of this behavior in your ticket so they can investigate this.
Kristen, The link you provided ( HubSpot Technical Support) does not seem to have an option to open a ticket with Support. We are an Enterprise user and I’m really not sure how to go about reporting issues/bugs. Thanks much. Lance
As an Enterprise user, you have access to phone support, chat support, and email support. We recommend reaching out to our support team to report bugs/issues as they have access to troubleshooting tools and internal teams who can assist with this.
You can find the support phone line by scrolling down to “Contact Support” on the page I linked, or file a ticket with the support team by following these instructions.
If you have any questions regarding how to file a support ticket, please don’t hesitate to mention me here.
