Custom object property token not retrieving record's value

Hi all!

I have created a custom object (via V3 api) called “warehouse” and I was trying to use its properties tokens on a url to pass parameters.

But when the URL is sent via email, the tokens are not retrieving the warehouse’s properties values:

In CMS:

When delivered:

1. I tried changing the syntax but I believe the one above is correct, or is there something I am missing?

2. Do you believe there’s an implication there once it is a Custom Object? I tried with other properties of the same object and I noticed only two out of 40 worked…

Hi @JoaoFerreira (thanks @Jaycee_Lewis). I believe you would need to use the crm_object HubL function. So something like

{% set warehouse = crm_object("warehouse", false) %}
{{ warehouse.available_pallet_spaces }}

You can either use the object’s fully qualified name, or the name that was entered at the time of creation.
