We use a large number of custom objects, and it’s getting to the point where seeing the ‘custom object’ icon is getting a bit ugly for me. I would like the ability to provide a custom icon for these objects.
I would be ok with being able to just select from a template/color selector, if that would be easier for HubSpot to implement.
However, I think it would be much cooler to allow us to upload PNG/SVGs to our file manager and reference those in our Custom Object schema.
Would be really helpful for apps that use custom objects to create visual consistency and ease of finding across multiple portals

Yes! An upvote on this from me! I don’t like the box with the x first off, and second we have several custom objects so it makes the icons not as useful as they could be. Would love to be able to even just set different ones from a stock library of a few
Agree with this, we would like the ability to upload a custom icon for custom objects! Or even have other Hubspot provided icons to select to differentiate them
Also chiming in that our organization is interested in a capability like this.
This would be SUPER helpful & make hubspot layout look so much nicer. Please release!

I’ve had the same need myself. On client’s with multiple CO of different purposes it’s really important to be able to tell them apart at a glance; even being able to apply the same logo as on company/contact record would be preferable to the sad cube.

This would make it much easier for our team to recognise records visually, improve UX on custom objects, and bring parity with the experience on standard objects like Companies.
