We manage multiple domains and we’re looking to customize the email unsubscribe button so that we can have specify which domain the user is unsubscribing from emails from

Yes, it is possible to customize the email unsubscribe button to specify which domain the user is trying to subscribe from.
From the Settings page, you can go to the Marketing > Email > Subscriptions Tab to edit the subscription preferences page to add that specific button.
If you’re managing many different domains, then you’re going to need to make a workflow that helps with doing that and ensure all those domains are correctly tied to your subscription types.
