It would be great if you could use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ENTER to save any changes you have made. For example once you have typed a note you could press CTRL + ENTER and it would save and close it, this would save a lot of time.

CTRL (Win) [or CMD (macOS)] + Enter is a fairly standard keyboard shortcut in almost all common text communication platforms. I’m wasting 3-5 minutes a day hunting for Save and Reply and OK buttons throughout the Hubspot interface.
Yeah the fact they haven’t implemented this is stupid. I had to google to see if it was just me and found this thread instead.
