CTI Integration with HubSpot

Dear Team,

We have developed a CTI web application that we want to embed inside the HubSpot CRM. Please guide us on the following:

  • How can we embed our CTI application in HubSpot as a CTI widget/Iframe
  • Integrate with the HubSpot for screen pop and activity creation

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for providing the help.
Can you please guide me further on the following points:

  • I assume that by creating a CRM card inside HubSpot, we can basically embed any third party URL/Site in that card, can you please guide how can we then display this card inside CRM?
  • Can we also use CRM APIs by using cards like screen pop, activity creation and capturing the click to dial event from the CRM? Please guide.

You can display external site in a modal by using UI extenstions. Here is a link that contains more information and code samples on pop up modal with iframe.

Not sure about capturing the click to dial event in the CRM but you can utilize APIs to pull data from external sources:
