I’m looking for a CRM tool for my dad. We have gotten a lot of leads recently, roughly 1k+ through FB Ads and have over 3,000 in the database overall. I’m looking for a CRM tool that allows me to have lead info and history and lets me creat Momix apk e reports based on fields. Looking for something that is free or has a low monthly fee and is reliable.

Since we’re in the HubSpot Community I’ll start with the obvious one: HubSpot has a free CRM. HubSpot comes with a report library, the ability to create custom fields (limited in the free CRM) and lets you store up to 1,000,000 contacts.

I agree with Karsten 100%. Hubspot is an exceptional tool if you have over 3000 contacts that could eventually end up being paying customers, Hubspot is worth every penny to keep things organized and make sure everything is in one place (opposed to Excel or Google contacts). Think of Hubspot as an Excel sheet on steroids, where the columns in Excel would be properties (name, email, phone, services, address etc) but Hubspot can also do many awesome automations based on objects like deals (new sales), tickets (customer service) and other properties.
Especially to keep track of the 3000 contacts, and to see a detailed list of who your customers are, who are leads and who are ready to buy right now. Hubspot may be on the more expensive end but for $500-$1000 USD/month it’s definately worth it!
