I’m looking for a CRM tool for my dad. We have gotten a lot of leads recently, roughly 1k+ through FB Ads and have over 3,000 in the database overall. I’m looking for a CRM tool that allows me to have lead info and history and lets me create reports based on fields. Looking for something that is free or has a low monthly fee and is reliable.

Since we’re in the HubSpot Community I’ll start with the obvious one: HubSpot has a free CRM. HubSpot comes with a report library, the ability to create custom fields (limited in the free CRM) and lets you store up to 1,000,000 contacts.
