Creating reports that are based on dates compared to other dates

Hi HubSpot,

I’m confused that I can make a workflow to create notifications of Deals that have a close date that is past or before another date property I have created but can’t make a report to show all deals that fit the same attributes.

In my company we have complex sales that include a close date, ship date, and acceptance date and it’s important for revenue forecasting that we get those estimated dates during the sales process. Currently I can’t make a report or filter deals that have those dates in the wrong order (such as a close date that is after a ship date which is impossible). I can build a workflow to send reminders to my team that their close/ship/acceptance dates are out of order but I can’t make a report to help me double check that all the deals are accurate before making a quarterly forecast.

I love how much the workflow function has grown but it’s hard for management if we can’t also make a list of deals that never got fixed for verification even though a reminder went out.

Please this is crucial.

One use case I have for this is:

Is Deal Close Date Property today or in the past

and

If Yes, is Start Date - Plus (Custom Deal Property) in the future?

Im looking to create a report of Closed Deals but they have not started their service yet.
