Creating property based on Hubspot users

I want to create a new property similar to “Company owner” but this time for a selected group of users. How can I create a property with real users as values in order to use them on workflows, etc?

Hi @yfundora,

This would be possible using “Custom owner properties”. These properties allow you to select a value from a list of your hubspot users. They are created in exactly the same way as a regular custom property. You just need to ensure that during creation you set the “Field type” as “HubSpot user”. See a screenshot of this below:

Information on creating custom properties can be found here. One thing to note with the above is that it will only allow you to choose one user per property. If you require additional users you will need to create additional properties.

Hi,
Related to this question. How can I filter the HubSpot user Field type, to only show users from a dedicated team? Or configure the order in which the users are shown?
