Creating an automatic redirection

Hello,

I am quite new to the website creation as I just started a small buisness. I recently bought a domain name (retroluxedetailing.com) and I can’t seem to figure out how to make an automatic redirection from this domain to my actual uploaded page (retroluxedetailing.com/en-us/) because the ususal user in my opinion shouldn’t need to put in the language of the page they’re navigating to.

Any help or tips are mutch appreciated!

If that’s the case, then the root will be used for the main language, and the /en-us/ won’t be included in the slug.

Here’s an easy way to set up a redirect so visitors who go to retroluxedetailing.com are automatically sent to retroluxedetailing.com/en-us/, no need for them to type in the full path.

If you’re using HubSpot:

  1. Go to your HubSpot account settings.
  2. In the left menu, click on Website > Domains & URLs.
  3. Click on URL Redirects.
  4. Choose to add a new redirect.
  5. For the “Original URL,” enter: / (This means the root of your domain, retroluxedetailing.com.)
  6. For the “Redirect URL,” enter: /en-us/``
  7. Save the redirect.

This will make sure anyone who visits your main domain is automatically sent to the English version of your site.
If you’re not using HubSpot, you can usually set up a similar redirect in your website builder or by editing your hosting provider’s settings.

I am using HubSpot, but I can’t seem to be able to add a redirect in the
Domains & URLs page.
Though, my domain’s DNS is having trouble updating. I am doing the records
update and the information seems to be incorrect..
