Creating a Weekly Call Volume Report

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to build a HubSpot report that shows call volume for ONE rep, broken down by day (Sun–Sat), and I want it to auto-refresh weekly so it only ever shows this week’s calls.

Goal:

  • Calls made this week only
  • Call volume divided by day
  • Week runs Sunday–Saturday
  • No historical weeks showing up

What is the correct way to build this report? I can’t seem to get it to stop showing me prior weeks. I just want a clean report that updates weekly if it is possible. Thank you

The solution could be this, if your using the activity date filter as “Last 7 days”, change it to the “This week" rolling filter.
