Custom Report for Weekly Activity of One Team Member

I’m new to HubSpot and want to see if there is an existing report or if I need to create a custom report for one of our sales team members. I need a report that shows weekly activity for one team member that shows activity (phone call, meeting, one-on-one email, marketing email by that one team member). The report needs to show email address, contact name, company name, address, phone number and the type of activity. This team member wants to be able to pull this report weekly. Thank you for your assistance with this reporting. I appreciate it.

Yes, this can be achieved with the custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder

  1. Select “Activities” as primary data source and “Contacts” as additional data source
  2. Select a table as chart type
  3. In the report filters, specify “Activity date is less than 7 days ago” or “Activity date is this week” or “Activity date is last week”, whatever you prefer
  4. Drag and drop the following properties into the table visualization
    1. Activity date
    2. Activity type
    3. Record ID (contact)
    4. Email address
    5. Company name
    6. …

How do I select this. Where is this located?

  1. In the report filters, specify “Activity date is less than 7 days ago” or “Activity date is this week” or “Activity date is last week”, whatever you prefer.

@PFletcher2025 have you reviewed the article I shared? There is a section on report filters: Create reports with the custom report builder

In the left sidebar, use the search field to find “Activity date”, then drag and drop it into the filters section or use the icons that appear upon mouse over.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand. Is there a how-to-video specifically for a custom report for activity? I have found that I need to see a video and/or speak to someone at HubSpot. I just don’t know my way around the app.
