Can you please add a feature to set default payment schedules for quotes so we don’t have to enter it in each time we send a quote.
For example, it sets the default schedule to three payments
Deposit (10% of total)
Start of production (40% of total)
Prior to handover (50% of total)
This would save the sales team a lot of time as they currently need to manually put in the same payment schedule for each quote.

This would be even better if could do it at the quote template level so we could have different payement schedules based on team / portfolio / product line as some may work on different schedules but default it so sales don’t need to add it manually.
Currently, managing payment schedules in HubSpot is still quite manual.
Here are two improvements that would make the process much smoother:
Custom presets: allow admins to predefine multiple types of payment schedules (30/70, 50/50, 40/30/30, etc.) and select them in one click when creating a quote.
Default schedule in templates: set a default payment schedule on each quote template, so that the right plan loads automatically depending on the template chosen.
The result: fewer clicks, more consistency, and a real time-saver for both sales and admin teams.
