Hi friends,
I need your kind help with WooCommerce<>HubSpot connection.
Currently we are using WooCommerce by MakeWebBetter as a connector between our WooCommerce store and HubSpot. We need to create HubSpot Ticket for each WooCommerce orders with correct Contact, Company, and Deal associated with the ticket. How do we do so?
Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi @EbarakHossain,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I’m not familiar with this 3rd party integration, have you reached out to their Support team about this?
I’m wondering if our experts had a similar experience as you that might be able to guide you.
Hey @himanshurauthan, @Josh, @Bruno_Teixeira what would you advise for @EbarakHossain?
Thanks,
Kristen
Hey @EbarakHossain !
It might be worth checking our Associ8. It allows you to make automatic associations based of like properties between objects.
I’m not familiar with the WooCommerce integration but if there is a ticket property such as “company domain” that gets populated when WooCommerce Ticket gets created, this field can be used to make the association.
Here is an example workflow:
You can also add multiple Associ8 actions in a row to associate that ticket with the Company and Deals aswell. If you want to explore Associ8 more feel free to message me and I can give you a walkthrough!
Hope this helps!
Hello, @kvlschaefer @EbarakHossain,
So to create tickets for each deal coming in HubSpot please follow these steps:-
- Create a deal based workflow
- Enter the enrollment Criteria
- Add the “Create Record” action.
- Then choose a ticket and mention the necessary details.
