Create report showing customer field

Hi

New to HubSpot. I have a dhasboard that shows the number of users that sign up for our free community product. I want to create a report that shows the Name, Role, and Company Field. Not sure how I go about that. Right now when I export the list I only get a contact ID list.

Assuming these contacts are completing a HubSpot form:

If you’re looking to build a report inside HubSpot, you could add all of the contacts to a ‘Free Community Product’ list and then create a report filtered by that list membership. Alternatively, you could export that list with the additional fields you need.
