We share email reports with our sales team so they know who has been engaging with them, but when exporting the XL files, the only pieces of information about the contact that you can export is the email address. Is there a way to make Hubspot include the full contact details (first name, last name, job title etc) with these reports?

Which reports exactly are you referring to? Where exactly in HubSpot are you generating this report?

Thanks for your reply. I am talking about the Performance page within the emails. Attached is a screenshot.
By selecting the Recipients List one, you get a choice of file (csv, XLSX etc), and it includes the engagement details, e.g. delivered, bounced, opemned, clicked etc, but only gives you the email address of the contact.
However, when sharing this with sales people the email address is not the most useful piece of information for them. What they want to see are details such as Business Name, Job Title and Telephone Number, so they can react and respond more effectively.
The email report export function doesn’t seem to give the option to include these details, an I was wondering if there was a way to do that?
We can do this ourselves using VLOOKUP in XL, but this takes a long time to set up.

The PDF cannot be further customized - however, in the Recipients tab of the page you’re on, you can create lists of contacts who opened, clicked etc.
In these contact lists, you can decide which columns to display and also which columns to export, including more fields than just the email address.

You can create an active list to add extra fields for the email report as shown in the screenshot and then export with the required fields :
