Warning I’m very new to Hubspot.
Is there a way to make a list of contacts who have had more than 3 transactions in a year?
I’ve connected my payment processor (stripe) to HubSpot, so I’m hoping it’ll notice all the payments and the like.

Do you have stripe set up to update object properties (like number of transactions per contact)?
If you have a property associated, you can create a list.
Here are the basics for creating a list - let me know if you get stuck, I’m happy to help!
Good question … where would I find out if I have Stripe set up to do that?
Ah … is it in Mapping?
@WhaleHouseNL yes, should be in mapping
I only have the starter plan … does that matter? Do you know what the object I"m looking for?
@WhaleHouseNL hmm, not sure if HubSpot plan impacts integration or not.
You can check the Stripe Integration here to see the default and custom mappings - just scroll down a bit and you can expand the accordion menu to see them.
I don’t think I have it done right … everything looks normal in the settings, but I can’t use any stripe properties to filter in the lists.
I’ve got price mapped to Price .. is that it?
From what I can tell, it doesn’t look like your going to get transaction data coming through automatically without customizing the integration.
Perhaps @jolle might know a bit more about using the stripe integration?
Thanks for the mention, @Jnix284!
@WhaleHouseNL I haven’t personally set up the Stripe integration before, but it sounds like custom property mapping could help help solve this (it does require Operations Hub Starter).
I’m thinking that you would want to carry something like the Create date from Stripe into the contact record. I’m not seeing anything pertaining to the number of transactions within the dropdown custom property list in the integration page, but you may be able to make a workflow workaround (if you have a Marketing Professional subscription or above) like:
I’m also wondering if you could somehow tie the Stripe transactions to the deals pipeline. If you could create a deal for each Stripe transaction and tie that to a contact record, you’d easily be able to report on the number of deals (transactions) within a given timeframe. It looks like there’s a separate Stripe integration with HubSpot quotes that may be worth exploring.
Sorry I can’t be of more help!!
Hmmm … maybe I’m missing something. I’m in the List section, and I choose filters, but I don’t have any Stripe properties to choose from.
I don’t have any stripe related filters in the list filters? What have I done wrong?
