Create Form WITHOUT E-Mail field

I want to ask customers to create a form without asking them for their e-mail adress. In this form I only want to ask for one custom field I created.

My plan is to deduplicate the submissions by user token. Almost all out users have a token (except maybe some ios’lers). For these I take the risk of having new “empty contacts”.

I also allowed form submissions without email addresses to create contacts.

NOW MY PROBLEM: No matter what I do, Hubspot does not let me create Form without the field “e-mail”. Even if I add a second field, hubspot does not let me delete the field e-mail. Can anybody help me out? Am I missing something?

Hi @memento,

Can you share a screenshot of the error or notice you’re seeing? I’m able to create a form without email field just fine:

Best regards!

If you want to trigger with list of contact, you need to have marketing pro with intelligent rules (you can displayed unique element for list).

If you want change, maybe you can test with Formcraft (link with HubSpot)

I have found a solution.

When I create a form via Marketing > Leads > Forms and select the pop-up field there, for example, I cannot delete the Email field.

I don’t get an error message either, I just don’t see the icon to delete it.

SOLUTION:

If I create the form via Marketing > Leads > Forms > “Embedded form” and include it via CTA, it is possible to add NO email field. Why so ever…

Hi @memento,

You hadn’t mentioned that you’re working on a pop up form. Glad we got you to a solution!
