Create a word document based on deal stage

Has anyone discovered an integration or any sort of tool/workflow that allows you to create a word document filled with information from a deal? For example, when we change a deal status to kickoff call scheduled, we would love to have a word document (which is our kickoff call template) autogenerated.

Hi @SDay,

This should be possible with HubSpot’s Zapier integration. For each new deal (trigger) you could create a document from a template (action): Google Docs HubSpot Integration - Quick Connect - Zapier

We have released an App on the HubSpot Marketplace that does something like this. It takes information from Deals and associated objects and places them into a Google Doc or Slides file. You can check it out here:

It also works with loads of other HubSpot data and has eSignatures built in.

@SDay It is already possible, with workflow func. Just go to deal pipeline automation tab if you are super admin. AND CVREATE A WORKFLOW, YOU CAN CREATE A TABLE INCLUDING ALL Deal properties and send MS team channels to notify related stakeholders.
