create a recurring webinar form

I have a request regarding a webinar workflow. In the form the dates would be recurring in 14 days and 2 people are conducting that webinar. I want to show in the form automatically the 14 days so students can book the webinar. and in the email, it should add an ICS file for the webinar. right now I need to put the dates in the form manually.

Any suggestions on how to do it?

Hi @SMomo,

This would require custom development to automatically new dates to the HubSpot form. There isn’t any native feature that would accomplish this.

If you’re looking for this to be fully automated, you might want to evaluate webinar solutions which offer this out of the box and then integrate those into HubSpot, e.g. recurring Zoom webinars with automatic confirmation emails that simultaneously serve as confirmation emails. Zoom integrates very well with HubSpot.
