I’m trying to do a data enrichment project and need to create a list of companies/contacts within our ICP (Tiers 1&2) where the contact has no title shown. Can someone tell me the steps to take to create the list? Thank you!

Sure, as a start, I’d recommend you review this instruction: Create segments
First, create an active contact-based list and click “Add filter”. In the dropdown, select “Company” and then “Company properties”, in there, try to find the field that stores information about your ICP:
If it’s not in there, change the dropdown at the top to “Contact” and search under “Contact properties”.
If it’s not there, please share more details about how you currently document ICP.
After doing so, it should look like this:
Click “Add filter”:
The dropdown on the right should be pre-selected as “Contact”, click “Contact properties” below, then search for “Job title” and specify “is unknown”:
Hit “Save list” in the top right corner and wait for the list to populate.
