Is there an easier way to add a contact to a static or active list while while filtering based on Company properties? It seems you need to go to preview and then click on the contact vs. just simply enroll the contact directly.

You’re probably looking for a bulk editing option? It’s explained in this knowledge base article, along with some other options: Add records to or remove records from a segment
This works both from the Contacts home (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) but also from any contact-based list you’ve created based on company attributes (Menu > Contacts > Lists > Contact-based > Select Company properties in the left sidebar.)
