Create a 404 page

I want to create a 404 page and links to pages like HOMEPage, Book a meeting.

Any suggestion for how to do it?

Is there any way to check it is working properly?

I have created an error page and changed the default 404 page to my page but it still shows the old one if I click on the incorrect url. Any reason why?

@SMomo have you checked this in a private windows or in a browser after deleting cache / cookies? You might still be seeing a cached version.

I have tried different browsers. It is still showing the same.
