Copying Specific Activity dates to custom properties

Hi everyone,

Our client onboarding process includes a Welcome Email and two Training Sessions.

  • The Welcome Email is sent to the client using a sequence.
  • Training 1 is scheduled by clicking on the Training 1 link in the Welcome Email (sent as part of the above sequence)
  • Training #2 is scheduled by clicking on a Training #2 meeting scheduling link sent via an email created using a HubSpot email template.

I created 3 date properties in the company object for each onboarding step:

  • Date Welcome Email Sent
  • Date Training 1 Completed
  • Date Training #2 Completed

I want to create a workflow or workflow that auto-populates the dates into those 3 custom properties.

  • Is it possible to copy the dates of the scheduled meetings (or date of the completed meeting) to the corresponding properties? (I see that I can copy the date of the “last meeting booked” but that won’t necessarily copy the specific meeting date we need.)
  • We currently have Sale Enterprise, Service Enterprise, and Marketing Professional subscriptions. If we had Marketing Enterprise &/or Opertations Hub , could I accomplish copying the specific meeting type date to my corresponding custom date property? (Training 1 Meeting Type to Training 1 Date property, for example)

I believe this will accomplish what you’re looking to do. This solution uses Zapier, but also as mentioned dif you had Ops Pro you could use a custom code action.
