Hi I’m trying to collect information on when the first meeting is booked by a contact on a contact record field. I have createdmy custom field and I am trying to create a workflow to ppolutae this field. I need the workflow to populate this field by copying the “Meetings create date” into my custom field. (BTW We use Hubspot meeting scheduler for our meetings). However I do not find the meeting property “create date” when I try to add data source in my workflow. Is there a way to get this done, please see screeshots for reference

Firstly, the meeting create date is when the meeting was added to HubSpot, not when it’s taking place. It sounds like you want the latter, which would be the activity date.
If you want to copy this from the first meeting, you would select so in the ‘Select the record based on’ dropdown, not in the refinement dropdown above.
Once the data source is added, you should see the activity / create date to pull from.
