It would be a useful tool to have a copy-and-paste action for workflows. Although there is a clone within the same workflow, it would be easier if we could copy certain actions from a workflow to paste into another built workflow.

Great idea! This feature would make hubspot a bit more viable as a CRM in comparison to other platforms like salesforce!
@FFC @IanS @GTO You CAN copy/paste actions from one workflow to another!!! Just click “Actions” in the top right corner of the workflow step and select your command.
While this feature exists, its use is limited to one action.

Great news - this functionality is available for all Enterprise users.
You can create an Action Set which will copy over & save all actions in the workflow underneath it (or start from scratch).
From there, in your new workflow, you can “paste” the Action Set as needed.
It can be found on the left panel after you click the + plus icon:
