Hi everyone, this is my first post here, so please excuse me if I’ve got the wrong classification.
I am trying to find a way to filter my contacts and show those which have no Task associated with them.
Our database now has around 500 contacts and I need to make sure they are all being managed. I need to know that each one has a task associated with it.
If there’s also a way to shows connected contacts, and if theyve also got a task entered, that would be even more helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Graham
Hi @GWiffen,
You can do this by creating two lists. For the first one, filter for Activity properties:
You can then filter for Activity type = Task.
Now, after saving this first list, create a second list and filter for contacts who are not a member of the first list.
Contacts from the first list have at least one task, contacts in the second list (if they aren’t in list 1) must logically have 0 associated tasks.
Best regards!
This doesn’t seem to work anymore. I see the I can filter on Activity (Associated Object) but there is no =task option. A little help?
