Contacts not syncing automatically to Salesforce

Hi Everyone!
Please could someone help me out on this one.
Our hubspot is connect to Salesforce and we have an inclusion list that is used as the trigger.
We previously had these prospects(contacts all in salesforce as leads), then we remove these records from Salesforce. However, for a while we have experiencing some syncing problems. The Hubspot record would only sync if the resync button is clicked!
I wonder if it would be because these records that once existed in Salesforce have their ‘Salesforce Lead Id’ populated and well as ‘Last Salesforce Sync time’?
I have tried all the ways I could to clear these values but they are read only! I am running out of ideas. I would appreciate if someone could help me? I just wanted our MQL records to be synced straight away
Thanks in Advance!

Hi @PedroLima

When trying to keep to systems in sync, removing a record from one of them is really problematic and is most likely causing the issues you are having.

I would recommend that you look for a solution that doenst involve removing the leads from Salesforce such as labelling them as disqualified and removing them from standard views.

Hope this helps.

Yeah, it did help. it does make sense. I will check with someone from HubSpot to make sure that this is causing the issue plus clean some data that I cannot edit our hubspot records. E.g lead id.
