I am new to HubSpot and am building my contact list by hand using the “Create Contacts” feature. As I manually enter contact info and select “Create and Add Another”… I see the numver of records increase by one… confirming that I have indeed created a contact. However, if I enter lets say 30 contacts using this method and then close the create contacts window… when I refresh the page I see the number of records drop. For example, if I enter 50 i’ll see it drop by 14 or so, enter 20 and it will drop by 6 or 7.
I think I need to move on and find a different CRM platform, as it appears that HubSpot is not saving all of the contacts I am entering. This is an extremely tedious process as you can imagine, and even more frustrating if some of what I am entering is being deleted.
I am using the latest version of Chrome on MacOS and have no additional plugins or extras installed.
This sounds really strange and understandable frustrating! Is there maybe a filter on the Contacts record view? Perhaps you are only viewing that contacts that you own?

As I leave the “Create Contacts” window open and continue to use “Create and add another”… the contact list refreshes itself in the background about every minute or so creating artificial duplicates of contacts recently added and artificially increasing the record count (see screenshots). Then when I close tha Create Contacts window and refresh the page, the duplicates are removed.
I suppose the good news is that I “think” all of my contacts are being saved and that this is only mildly annoying.
