I created a user that has the ability to create a contact. But when she logs on, the Contacts button on the right is greyed out and she can’t create a contact. I have tried deleting her user and creating her user again, with no luck. Please help! Thank you!
@WJeffers strange, seems like a bug. Is this user a part of any teams that use a specific permission set? Can this user create a Deal or Company (other objects)?
