I want to know how to track where my contacts are coming from. I have google and facebook campaigns sending traffic to my web site so that they can register.
The users that register are automatically created as contacts on my hubspot account but I want to know which campaign and ad they clicked on first.
I noticed that hubspot added utm links to my fb ads but hubspot is not telling me where the contact came from.
Is this normal or do I have to do some additional integrations?

HubSpot tracks the origin / source of contacts in the original and latest source properties: Understand Original and Latest traffic source properties
These can be used in reports, columns in filtered views (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) or checked on each contact (click View all properties in left sidebar).
If they’re not showing what you’d expect them to show, can you share a screenshot of what you see?
Full source tracking requires the tracking code to be installed. Can you confirm that you installed the code? Install the HubSpot tracking code

You can find out the source of Contacts that from which platform they are coming using the Properties ( Original Source , Original source drill down 1 and drill down 2) and Latest Source for recent source they are coming.
But if the values are not populated in these properties then you need to check for tracking code.

If you want to track from which campaign or ad your contacts first clicked
Simply click on the contact created from the ad in the activities section you can see the campaign on which the contact clicked or done any form submission:
The second option would be to check their lead source and Original Source:
If you are not able to see the above data you can try troubleshooting your HubSpot tracking code.
