Hello, I have two contacts marked as “permanent bounce,” and these are internal company email addresses for the newsletter. They were probably “bounced” during the last send because they hadn’t been activated by the IT department. I need to reactivate them, but I can’t seem to do it. Could you help me?
Hello @Celine_M
You can find the instructions here: Envoyer des e-mails aux contacts précédemment rejetés supprimer-le-rejet-permanent-d%E2%80%99un-utilisateur-hubspot
This operation requires a Marketing or Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. Without it, unfortunately, it is not possible.
Best regards
I’ve already tried following this help tutorial, but I don’t have access to the same tab. I’m unable to reactivate the email/contact option.
@Celine_M Do you have a Marketing Hub or Content Hub subscription of the “Professional” or “Enterprise” type? If not, it is not possible to delete the “hard bounce.” HubSpot has chosen to reserve this feature for certain subscriptions only.
I am on the “free” plan, so I am indeed stuck. Thank you for your reply
@Celine_M In that case, please refer to my previous responses: it is not possible to delete “hard bounces”.
Hi @Celine_M
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting HubSpot Support to review the bounce status and provide guidance on the available options for reactivating these email addresses.
Thanks!
