It is very tedious that despite putting the “remember me” and have installed all the extensions, is constantly asked to enter the credentials every time you open outlook, this makes the user experience is very cumbersome.

Hello @AGarcíaArbona - I’m a HubSpot PM on the login team. Have you looked at your account settings for inactivity timeout? The default is set to 1 day, but an admin can extend this up to 3 days. This may be one cause of frequent logouts. To access this setting as a super admin, you can navigate to settings → security → settings & activity to view your account timeout threshold.
