Hi Team,

We are currently using the HubSpot app for our integration, and everything has been working well. However, we have encountered an issue where the consent page automatically closes without requesting a click when being redirected to it.

I have some troubleshooting questions that can help our community better understand your challenges:

  • Are there any error messages appearing in the console when this issue occurs?
  • What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue yourself? Have you tried replicating the issue in different browsers or in an incognito window?
  • Is this issue happening to all users, or is it specific to certain user roles or permissions?
  • Have you double-checked to ensure that the redirect URIs in your HubSpot Developer Console are correct?
  • Is the app getting installed correctly despite this issue? That was my impression based on the video you shared
