Our ticket pipeline tickets are created by users submitting a form with ticket details. I need a way to send a confirmation email to users when they submit a ticket. Whats the best way to send this? The user will be an associated contact on the ticket and they are all Hubspot users and have a HubSpot contact record.

This can be achieved with workflows - and HubSpot recently created a shortcut here: Set up pipeline automations for objects
First, you create your automated email: Send automated emails in workflows
You can then either follow the steps for pipeline automation or create a ticket-based workflow that enrolls the ticket when it enters your specified “Ticket status”, then use the workflow action to send the email. HubSpot will automatically send it to the contact associated to the ticket.
