Conditional fields display

It would be nice for the conditional fields for us to choose to the. Display said fields after they are filled in.

especially on records pages.

Hi @JSmith55

I am not sure I understand the question.

Could add a bit mor context, maybe provide a screenshot and describe what you would like to see and why?

Thanks

Frank

Conditional fields appear when they need to be filled in but if you fill it
in, it disappears.
I want to know a way to make it stay. Especially on the left hand side of a
record

This is an excellent idea!

Currently building out a comprehensive view of associated brands and sub-brands for a company I’m working with. In just a single category they are likely to have about 20 brands (they have 12 categories). Each of those brands has up to 34 sub-brands.

Conditional logic works perfectly to bring up the property for population once the correct Brand is selected, however it then disappears from the deal record once saved. This isn’t an issue for the salesperson who is inputting the data, as they only need to reference it once. However Team Leaders/Sales Managers will often click into Deal details to understand who they are working with, and the sub-brand is hidden.

The only current option is to have a separate Deal Card appear for each Brand selection, which is not a sensible use of time (We’re looking at about 200 conditional cards to achieve this).

Its the same for the service teams.

The T1 team will record triage information but then once its escalated to T2/3, the triaged information is hidden and they have to change the controlling property to something else and then change it back for the fields to appear.

Just needs an option to allow them to stay expanded.
