It would be great for reports to have a feature where they can highlight fields when the value is equivalent to something specific like “document missing” or “No”, so that it’s more visually helpful.

Should be an out of the box feature.
When creating a numerical matrix report, it would be intuitive to have the option of “greying” out 0 - values, and a certain range as Green, Red, Yellow.
A use case for that would for example be a pipeline report, where the Account Manager is on rows and Deal stage is columns, then deal revenue is summarized on and color coded for easier reading.
This seems to be all I am missing from the report builder lately! ![]()
Am very happy with the tool, but we should be able to change the colour of cells. eg where the cells are white in this pic, we should have colour scaling based on value to highlight high and low numbers
Adding my name to this request - would be super helpful and prevent us from having to do more analysis in sheets etc.
Adding my name here as well, this is a fairly standard request. Having conditional formatting rules in place to highlight specific results would be hugely helpful to quickly identify what we are after.
can’t believe there’s no option to colour fields in reports that aren’t numerical. or even pull through the formatting that the field has elsewhere in the platform.
I have company views where i can see text fields formatted with colours but the numerical fields aren’t coloured and then reports where it’s the opposite because I can RAG the colours but can’t do the text fields. It’s so frustrating.
