Conditional color coding for radio buttons

Status: Idea Submitted

I have a property which is a radio button (Yes/Maybe/No). I would like to be able to set this as a conditional coloring in a report so in the table of data, the Yes is green, the Maybe is yellow and the No is red. Currently you can only do conditional formatting on number fields. And you cannot make radio buttons numeric. The only solution I found, which is far from optimal, is to make another property, of number type, with a formula based on the value in the first property so that I can use the conditional number formatting for max/min. The problem, and why not optimal, is that I actually have 15 of these fields, so that means I had to make 15 calculated formula fields to do what I want. And also, in the table view, they display as 2/1/0 instead of Yes/Maybe/No to get the coloring.

I fully agree with this. Expanding this functionality to dropdown properties and multi-select fields would also be a game-changer. For example, if a specific option is selected, the cell could turn a specific color; if a required field is left empty, it could turn red to immediately flag it for attention.

Our primary use case for this is data governance. When managing deals, it would allow sales managers to see at a glance if necessary fields have been filled in by the deal owner, ensuring higher data integrity across the pipeline."
