Completed Tickets/Tasks Audit

Is there way to run an audit to see who closed a ticket or completed a task? Possibly an additional filter under status to see the source (who) completed/closed? The goal would be to see if anyone on the team (other than myself) closed a ticket or completed a task on accident. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any way to run an audit like this and if this is done there is no way for the owner or assignee to ever know their ticket or task was completed.
I currentl work around is having notifcations set for my assigned tickets when it is closed. Is there a way to get a notifcation when an assigned task is marked as complete?
Thank you!

Hi team! Another suggestion here on task completion is that we restrict the “complete” button until the actual task has been completed (e.g. if a call need to be made, the task can only be completed after the action has been done).
This would help teams save time in terms of tracking the team’s task completion behavior and validity.

A way to filter by ‘task completed by’ when using dashboards would be very helpful as the closest filter at the moment is ‘Updated by User ID’ which doesn’t necessarily mean that they have completed the task…

I know there is this in ‘Sales Analytics’ but it would be helpful if it could be added to the dashboard filters.

Just wanted to update my work around for the time being. On my dashboard, I have a report for any task that was updated by someone other than my used ID. I do have to go in and re-complete the task so that the number goes back to 0 but it is nice to be able to do a glance to see if any new tasks appear.
The filters for that report are
Assign to: Me
Task Status: Completed
Updated by user id: Anyone other than myself
