I’d like to be able to track my contact’s or account’s lead score over time. Ex: How has this person’s lead score changed since they’ve been enrolled in this workflow?
Similarly to how you can compare social media metrics month over month or by various date ranges, it’d be helpful to track lead scores over time.
I’m setting metrics for my team, and as we have just implemented our new lead scoring system, I’d like to be able to compare how our contact’s lead score is changing over time as they’ve been enrolled in various workflows, campaigns, etc. There is currently no way to track that increase in engagement.
