Collected forms not syncing with Mailchimp

I am new to Hubspot and have loved it so far. I am just experiencing some issues with the mailchimp integration. Everything looks fine but when I get new leads from sign up forms etc they are not being collected into my allocated MailChimp lists, I can’t see where the problem is as everything looks like it is set up correctly.

Hi @annamariaboel are you using the Mailchimp Integration, or one triggered by Zapier? Has this worked before or are you using for the first time?

Do you get any error messages?

In addition, the Mailchimp native integration is not operated by HubSpot, so you might have more luck reaching out to the Mailchimp Support team.
