I am waiting on my grade for the CMS for Developers Practicum. I passed the test 10 days ago and completed the CMS for Developers Practicum too.
I am waiting for my grade and my certification. Please advise.
Hey there, if there’s no update in your account, reach out to HubSpot Support directly. Explain your situation, mention the date you submitted the practicum and passed the test and link the Practicum section of the course to make it faster. They’ll be able to check on the status for you.
This happened to me once, and as soon as I opened a support ticket they graded my practicum and I passed my certification.
When on your certification track go over here where you have the Help chat, and choose “Contact Us”, and if there’s no Chat option just choose the Email option and submit a ticket:
