Please allow us to choose a default folder view of our Workflows. It’s overwhelming for it to always open up to the full list every time.
It is frustrating, but here’s a workaround I like to use!
When you open workflows, select “Add View” and then “Create View” at the bottom
Name your view and then add in an advanced filter titled “folder.” There, you can filter by your folders and only those workflows will show in that view.
![]()
Click and drag that view all the way to the left. This will then be the first view that opens when you navigate to workflows.
I hope this helped!
Hey @CCaldwell2
This a great fit for our Ideas Forum

@Shae_Taylor Thanks for sharing your workaround. Unfortunately, your solution does not work for me.
No matter what view is placed on the left the Workflows area always loads on the default “All workflows” tab.
I’ve even gone to “All views” → “Default views” and set up my views in the way I want, which excludes the default “All workflows” view. Not only are my “Default views” settings not reflected on the workflows page, the default “All workflows” tabs always appears as the first selected view.
