I have added checkboxes to a form but there are 13 of them and they are displayed vertically as opposed to a drop down the way they are presented in properties. As you can imagine this makes the form look and feel very long and isn’t very visually appealing.
Is there a way to change the list of check boxes to a scrollable drop down within forms for checkbox fields?
Hi @RSingleton1 ,
Are you using a HubSpot Theme for your website/landing page? Or something that has been custom build for your business?
It is possible to achieve what you’re after, however it would require a developer to update the Theme or website code.
Let me know if you need some assistance on this.
Many thanks,

Hi Matthew,
Its a hubspot theme for landing pages (our site is externally hosted).
The way I understand the set up is that the form is built within hubspot and then placed on the landing page via a drop down of prebuilt forms, so would the functionality not lie within Hubspot’s form builder?
Thanks!
Yes the form is built in HubSpot and then on the landing page you choose which form you would like to be placed.
The problem you face is that the styling of the form (including check box properties) are styled by the HubSpot Website (Landing Page) Theme you are using and you can’t easily update this yourself. The theme code (HTML, CSS etc) would need to be updated to specify the styling for checkbox properties in forms.
No quick fix for this unfortunately apart from seeing if someone can help this amending the code.
Hope this make sense and please let me know if I can help anymore.
